Create and disseminate leading academic knowledge to inform strategic policymakers on Indo-Pacific security issues; raise the next generation of regional security experts; and build connections to industry to promote innovation that strengthens regional security and shared prosperity.

China-Russia Alignment

This project examines the complex dynamics of military alignments among China, Russia, and North Korea, exploring how these alliances have evolved from 1949 to the present day, and how they shape contemporary security concerns in the Indo-Pacific and Europe.
